I'm a strategist Design Operations & User Experience (UX) Lead, who specialises in connecting products and services to solve complex problems and craft efficient solutions, transforming them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use products that people love.

With a robust and expert background in Product/ Industrial Design, Digital Media, combined with Behavioural psychology, human-centered design, and Business strategy, I can provide a robust toolkit to foster innovation across all channels, sectors, and demographics.

In the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure to work for a wonderful variety of businesses, including Telstra (current), Commonwealth Bank, Billy Blue College of Design, Coca- Cola, MTV, Bupa, RTA, University of Sydney, William Hill, as well as having 3 successful business myself; Always focusing on the perspective of the customer, delivering a seamless experience at every touchpoint in this multi-dimensional landscape, improving the way customers engage between the digital and physical space, and opening opportunities to network with successful people beyond my imagination.

I'm passionate about universal design, mobility, accessibility, multi-platform strategy and the continuous experience across devices and technologies, working towards ensuring that customers enjoy a particular product by proactively leading teams of Designers, Researchers, in collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers throughout the design process, solving problems and developing a product thinking strategy to create innovative and impactful solutions.
