The Challenge

Telstra Connect Enterprise is designed to streamline telecom management, enhance operational efficiency, and give businesses greater visibility and control over their services. The aim was to cater to the diverse needs of enterprises across various industries, empowering them to optimise their infrastructure.

Approach and contribution

As part of my team contribution, managing a team of 4 Senior UX designers and actively welcoming all graduate designers, which increased the size of the team to 8 designers, we were responsible for the e-commerce, Ticket management and Billing capabilities of the Telstra Connect App.

I also assumed the Design operations accountability for one side of the enterprise design team. I worked actively to define and lead the strategy of Platform integration of 60+ B2B & B2B2C systems into One single portal through effectively delivering features with standardisation of UXD practice.‚
